We ship worldwide and shipping is calculated at checkout basis cart weight and content.

Fabrics, Dupattas, Sarees and Stoles are ready to ship and are dispatched within 3-4 working days.

Jewellery and accessories ship in 7/10 working days.

Products like kurtas, dresses and bottoms are made to order and take approximately 15-18 working days to be made and dispatched.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

DISCOUNTS:

All eligible discounts running at a given point in time are not applicable on sale items. Discounts are not valid on jewellery, bags, accessories & footwear products.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations of Cash on Delivery orders has to be done strictly within 48hrs of an order being placed. Please reach out to us at hello@theindianethnicco.com or at +91 8928216156 with your order number.

Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation once placed.

To return your product:

1. Please send us an email request with your order number on hello@theindianethnicco.com stating the return reason within 15 days from the date of receipt of shipment. 

2. We will arrange for a reverse pickup at no extra cost within India. For international orders, the customer will need to send the product back to us and bear the shipping cost. (We usually do a thorough size consultation for all international orders to avoid size issues, so a need for return/exchange usually does not arise)

3. After receiving the returned product, we will provide you a store credit amounting the value of your returned order excluding any shipping cost paid by you at the time of placing an order.

4. You can use the store credit code with a validity of 1 year for any product listed on our website

5. Customised Products - Incase you have any customised products ( increased dress length, sleeve length etc. or made as per measurements provided) Please note any customisation makes your order ineligible for returns.

 Please Note

We click our photos in natural light so that the product depicted on the website is closest to how it looks in reality. However, there are times when the camera lens cannot match the perspective of an eye and thus slight colour difference seen in the product is unavoidable. Some products and colours also tend to look slightly brighter in photos as the camera lens always highlights certain colours more.

Also, our products are truly handcrafted and hand done. Slight irregularities in motifs, texture, and colour are a part and parcel of handcrafted products and lend character to it. Please also understand that unlike chemical dyed and digital printed products, handcrafted products are not mass manufactured but Infact made in batches. Thus slight variation in colour, shade, motif in each batch produced is natural due to the human involvement in the process. 

However, if the product has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order.

REFUNDS

We endeavor to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

As a policy, we do not offer refunds on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged,  you should email us at hello@theindianethnicco.com the details along with a picture within 48 hours of receiving your order.
After acknowledging your email, our team will arrange for a reverse pickup at your address

 Refunds are processed within 4-7 business days of receiving the returned item and will be credited to your mode of payment. In case of COD orders, refunds will be provided into the customers' bank account.

For international orders, the customer is himself responsible to send across the purchase item back to us in order to be eligible for a refund.
