Payment and Shipping Terms

Payment will be strictly on a prepaid basis. If an order is placed on cod at checkout, the customer will be contacted to prepay and only then the order will be processed.
Product is not eligible for return, exchange, refund once the order is placed. Refunds only to be provided when product arrives damaged at the time of delivery.
Shipping timeline- We ship worldwide. 10-15 working days needed to process and ship orders. Shipping is calculated on checkout based on cart weight. Shipping costs are non refundable.
