Return & Exchange Policy:

  • Return or Exchange Request to be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchange orders are placed upon pick up of your return. Limited stock may lead to unavailability of your chosen product; our team will contact you for an alternative in such cases.
  • Refunds are only made in terms of a Store Credit.
  • Store Credit will be shared once the order is picked up from the customer.
  • Tags must be intact with the barcode sticker.
  • Each order is eligible for a return only once. Orders placed using a Store Credit are not eligible for any Returns or Refunds.

  • In case of any damaged/ defective or missing products in your order kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will not be able to help you if this timeline is exceeded.
  • In the event of damaged merchandise, share images and details through the provided link. Further steps for replacement, store credit, or full refund will be communicated.

  • Misprints and colour differences from website images are not considered damaged products. We only sell handcrafted products and these are all signs of authenticity.
  • Shipping charges are non - refundable.
  • The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.

Return & Exchange Request Process:

  • State the return reason and select the item to be returned along with images in case of any defect/damages.
  • A return pickup will be initiated for orders within India.
  • Ensure all tags and labels are intact, and the product is unworn.
  • Return or Exchange requests for orders placed using a store credit will be rejected.

Store Credit:

  • A store credit will be issued within 24 hours after the order is picked up. It will be provided via email.
  • The store credit is valid for a lifetime.
  • The credit will be for the sale amount of the returned products.
  • Shipping costs will not be credited back in any case.

International Orders:

  • If you decide to return your order, you are responsible for shipping the product back and bearing the associated shipping and customs charges.

  • We do not facilitate reverse pick-ups for International Orders.

  • A store credit or refund will be issued for the value of the returned product only.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • International Orders are not eligible for exchanges.The refund of shipping charges varies on a case-by-case basis, and ultimately, the company retains the authority to make the final decision.

    Alternatively, customers can request to return the product when someone is traveling from their country to India without incurring additional shipping costs.

    In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you can share images as proof with us at hello@theindianethnicco.com. The issue will be recorded, and further steps will be communicated to you. A store credit of the same value or a full refund can be made in such cases.

Refunds:

REFUNDS WILL TAKE 20-25 WORKING DAYS.
Please Note : We only do money refunds in case of Wrong or Damaged products being delivered. In any other case, a refund is made only is terms of STORE CREDIT.

  1. Returns take approximately 12 to 14 working days to reach the company.
  2. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only once the return reaches the warehouse and is thoroughly checked by our in-house team which takes 1-2 working days.
  3. Post that it takes 2-3 business days to process the refund internally
  4. It will take the bank or portal also 2-3 business days to process/reflect the refund.
  • A flat fee of Rs.150 will be deducted in case of Money Refunds. No return fee will be charged in the case of damaged products.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are provided to the customer's bank account.
  • A refund will be made for the sale amount of the returned products.
  • Shipping costs will not be credited back in any case.
  • The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.
