Return - Only the following items are eligible for returns or exchange -Clothing Items, Dupattas, Sarees, Fabrics.
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchange - Jewellery, Footwear, Home Decor Products, Plus size clothing items with sizes 5XL and above and Customised Products. Any other products other than clothing items, dupattas, sarees & fabrics are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Please visit the link https://theindianethnicco.com/apps/return_prime to request a return or an exchange. The request has to be placed within 15 days from the date of receipt of shipment stating the return reason and selecting the item you wish to return in your order. We will then initiate a return pickup at no extra cost within India. For international orders, the customer will have to send the product back to us and bear the shipping cost of to and fro and custom charges if any. The company will not be liable to pay for any shipping cost/custom charges upon delivery for international returns.
After receiving the returned product, we will provide you a store credit amounting the value of your returned order excluding any shipping cost paid by you at the time of placing an order. You can use the store credit code with a validity of 1 year for any product listed on our website. Please note that we do not provide refunds.
Please note that it takes approximately 7 to 14 working days for any returned product to reach us, after it reaches us, we will then initiate the next steps (store credit, exchange or refund)
Exchange - For exchanging a product, the same product can be exchanged for a different size - please note that you cannot exchange a product with another kind of product. For exchange, the same procedure as above applies.
After receiving the returned product, a new order for the different size needed will be auto placed and the shipping fee will be charged again.
Customised Products - Incase you have any customised products ( increased dress length, sleeve length etc. or made as per measurements provided) Please note any customisation makes your order ineligible for returns.
Refunds - As a policy, we do not offer refunds on products which are delivered in perfect condition.
In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you can mention the same on the link here - https://theindianethnicco.com/apps/return_prime. The issue will be recorded and further steps will be communicated to you. We can provide a replacement at no extra cost or email a store credit of the same value to you or can initiate a full refund for the products received in damaged condition.
Please note: that misprints, colour changes do not qualify as damaged product.
Refunds are processed within 4-7 business days of receiving the returned item and will be credited to your mode of payment. In case of COD orders, refunds will be provided into the customers' bank account.
For international orders, the customer is responsible to send across the purchased item back to us in order to be eligible for a returns/exchanges/refund equivalent to the returned product value. Shipping costs to ship the product back to us shall be borne by the customer. As an alternative, to avoid shipping costs, you can request for returning the product in the future in case you may have someone travelling from your country to India. If you would be doing so, you would need to inform the team in advance.
