We are currently hiring:

    1) ORDER PROCESSING EXECUTIVE
    Job Description

    • Receive and process customer orders through online platforms.
    • Ensure all order details are accurate (customer information, products, quantities, shipping instructions).
    • Handle and resolve any order-related issues, including cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
    • Work with cross-functional teams (sales, logistics, finance) to address any order problems.
    • Effectively communicate with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth order flow.
    • Updating the customer support team regarding the status of their order in case of any delays or changes.
    • Ensure that orders are processed in accordance with company policies and customer satisfaction standards.

    Requirement

    • Proficient in Computer Knowledge and Excel - Vlookup
    • 1-2 Years of Experience in the E-commerce Industry
    • Familiar with Uniware, Amazon, Shopify etc.

     

    2) STORE EXECUTIVE (MUMBAI & CHENNAI)
    Job Description

    • Maintain an orderly, presentable appearance for the store.
    • Attend to all customers coming into the store.
    • Recommend styles to customers by understanding their choices & personalities.
    • Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a friendly and efficient manner.

    Requirement

    • Good communication skills.
    • Customer-centric with a positive and friendly attitude.
    • Approaching customer interactions with patience and understanding.
    • Female candidates with 1-2 years of retail job experience and an understanding of clothing, particularly women's wear, are preferred.

     

    3) INVENTORY EXECUTIVE
    Job Description

    • To monitor an inventory management process using Advanced Excel.
    • To monitor an inventory management process using Advanced Excel.
    • Manage Inwards and Outwards of stock and required stock levels.
    • Will be the single point of contact for all inventory requirements.
    • Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures.
    • Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory.
    • Manage warehouse, inventory upkeep and storage.
    • Analyze products with lower stock and connect with the concerned person to raise the escalation.

    Requirement

    • Proficient in Computer Knowledge and Excel - Vlookup
    • 1-2 Years of Experience in the E-commerce Industry

    4) CATALOGUE EXECUTIVE 
    Job Description

    • Create, update, and enhance product descriptions, images, and details.
    • Coordinate with teams to ensure accurate and complete product information.
    • Manage catalogue uploads on the brand’s website and platforms like Nykaa & Myntra.
    • Monitor inventory levels and update website listings accordingly.
    • Maintain data hygiene and resolve errors, gaps, or glitches on websites/software.
    • Identify opportunities to improve catalogue accuracy and efficiency.

    Requirement

    • Minimum 1 year of e-commerce cataloguing experience.
    • Strong attention to detail with good English (written & spoken).
    • Proficient in basic Excel functions.

     

    5) JUNIOR MERCHANDISER
    Job Description

    • Coordinate with vendors for orders, deliveries, and product details.
    • Track inventory levels, set replenishment thresholds, and share availability updates.
    • Maintain accurate product data, purchase orders, and shipment records.
    • Prepare reports for STR, ageing, sales, and vendor performance.
    • Support quality checks and escalate issues when needed.
    • Collaborate with design, production, and inventory teams for smooth operations.

    Requirement

    • 1–2 years’ experience in merchandising/buying (e-commerce preferred).
    • Knowledge of textiles, fabrics, and fashion crafts (preferred).
    • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

     

    6) PERSONAL ASSISTANT
    Job Description

    • Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and correspondence for the founders.
    • Act as a liaison between founders and staff, ensuring clear communication and task follow-ups.
    • Organise events, photoshoots, product launches, and fittings.
    • Maintain vendor, client, and staff relationships.
    • Handle personal schedules, household staff coordination, and errands.

    Requirement

    • Preferred a female candidate with 2-3 years of experience in the same role.
    • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling tools.
    • Flexible, adaptable, and trustworthy with sensitive information.

     

    7) CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE 
    Job Description

    • Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
    • Follow up on escalated issues to ensure timely resolution.
    • Handle multiple tasks efficiently with good typing speed.
    • Resolve customer concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
    • Handle returns, NDR, RTO, and abandoned cart calls.
    • Document interactions clearly and work to improve customer satisfaction

    Requirement

    • 1-2 years of experience in the clothing and beauty brands industries.
    • Handling social media queries, having good typing skills, able to multitask, and, in addition to returns, RTO, and NDR, handling abandoned cart calls as well.
