Return - Only the following items are eligible for returns or exchange : Clothing Items, Dupattas, Sarees & Fabrics.

The following items are NOT eligible for Return or Exchange -
1. Any products other than clothing items, dupattas, sarees & fabrics i.e. Jewellery, Footwear, Home Decor Products.
2. Clothing items of sizes 5XL and 6XL and Customised Products.
3. Fabrics measuring below 2 mtrs in length.
4. Pre-Cut Fabrics or Fabrics Printed on Demand.
5. Products bought on Sale.

Please visit the link https://theindianethnicco.com/apps/return_prime to request a return or an exchange. The request has to be placed within 15 days from the date of receipt of shipment stating the return reason and selecting the item you wish to return in your order. We will then initiate a return pickup at no extra cost within India.

Once the reverse pick up is done a store credit will be provided to you via Email in the form of a coupon code which will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue. The store credit will be amount of the value of your returned order excluding any shipping cost paid by you at the time of placing an order.

International Orders : WE DO NOT PROVIDE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. In case of any exceptions for international orders, the customer will have to send the product back to us and bear the shipping cost of to and fro and custom charges if any. The company will not be liable to pay for any shipping cost/custom charges upon delivery for international returns. 
As an alternative, to avoid shipping costs, you can request for returning the product in the future in case you may have someone travelling from your country to India. If you would be doing so, you would need to inform the team in advance.

Customised Products - Please note any customisation (increased dress length, sleeve length etc. or made as per measurements provided) makes your order ineligible for returns.

Exchange - For exchanging a product, the same product can be exchanged for a different size - please note that you cannot exchange a product with another kind of product. If you wish to get another product in exchange of the ordered product kindly opt for return and store credit. 

After the product is picked up, a new order for the different size needed will be auto placed and the shipping fee will be charged again.

Refunds - As a policy, WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS on products which are delivered in perfect condition. 

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you can mention the same on the link here - https://theindianethnicco.com/apps/return_prime. The issue will be recorded and further steps will be communicated to you. We can provide a replacement at no extra cost or email a store credit of the same value to you or can initiate a full refund for the products received in damaged condition.

Please note that it takes approximately 7 to 14 working days for any returned product to reach us. Refunds are processed only after we receive the returned item and will be credited to your mode of payment. In case of COD orders, refunds will be provided into the customers' bank account.

We will be providing only Returns on all rest sale items against a store credit.  No Money Refund will be given in any case. No exchange will be provided.

Store Credit is the amount of refund given back to the customer in the form of a coupon code. This store credit has a lifetime validity and can be fully redeemed against the value of your future orders on the website. 

RETURN PROCESS

The request has to be placed within 15 days from the date of receipt of shipment stating the return reason and selecting the item you wish to return in your order. We will then initiate a return pickup at an extra cost of Rs.250 within India. The amount will be deducted from your Store Credit amount. Customers can also courier the product back on their own only after their request is approved by the team and in that case Rs.250 will not be deducted from the Store Credit.

SHIPPING POLICY FOR SALE

Our shipping timelines vary depending on what you have ordered.
All Products with tags "Ships in 48 hours" will be shipped within 48 working hours of placing an order.
All clothing products (custom or otherwise) take 7 to 14 days to be shipped form our warehouse.

All Home and furniture items take 14 to 21 days to ship from our warehouse. All jewellery products take 7 to 15 days to ship from our warehouse.

You will also find shipping timelines written under every product in the description section as well. Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, tracking details will be emailed to you on your registered email.

TRACKING DETAILS

As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email/sms with tracking details. Please do check your junk/spam emails too as sometimes the email gets labelled as such.
