Return & Exchange Policy:

  • Return or Exchange Request to be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • A flat fee of Rs.100 is applicable for all Returns & Exchanges.

  • Fabrics under 2.5 meters cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Refunds are only made in terms of a Store Credit.

  • Exchange orders are placed upon pick up of your return. Limited stock may lead to unavailability of your chosen product; our team will contact you for an alternative in such cases.
  • Store Credit will be shared once the order is picked up from the customer.

  • Tags must be intact with the barcode sticker.

  • Each order is eligible for a return only once.

  • ORDERS PLACED USING A STORE CREDIT ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ANY RETURNS OR REFUNDS.

  • In the event of damaged merchandise, share images and details through the provided link. Further steps for replacement, store credit, or full refund will be communicated.

  • Shipping charges are non - refundable.

  • No return fee will be charged in the case of damaged products.

  • Misprints and color differences from website images are not considered damaged products.

  • The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Orders placed using Store Credit

  • Fabrics measuring below 2 meters in length.

Return & Exchange Request Process:

  • State the return reason and select the item to be returned along with images in case of any defect/damages.
  • A return pickup will be initiated within India at an extra cost of Rs.100.
  • Ensure all tags and labels are intact, and the product is unworn.

Store Credit:

  • A store credit (after deducting the return fee of Rs. 100) will be issued within 24 hours after the order is picked up. It will be provided via email.

  • The store credit is valid for a lifetime.

  • The credit will be for the sale amount of the returned products.

  • Shipping costs will not be credited back in any case.

International Orders:

  • If you decide to return your order, you are responsible for shipping the product back and bearing the associated shipping and customs charges.

  • We do not facilitate reverse pick-ups for International Orders.

  • A store credit or refund will be issued for the value of the returned product only.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • International Orders are not eligible for exchanges.

    Alternatively, customers can request to return the product when someone is traveling from their country to India without incurring additional shipping costs.

    In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you can share images as proof with us at hello@theindianethnicco.com. The issue will be recorded, and further steps will be communicated to you. A store credit of the same value or a full refund can be made in such cases.

    The refund of shipping charges varies on a case-by-case basis, and ultimately, the company retains the authority to make the final decision.

Refunds:

  • Returns take approximately 7 to 14 working days to reach the company.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only once the return reaches the warehouse.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are provided to the customer's bank account.
  • It takes 5-7 business days to process the refund.
  • A refund will be made for the sale amount of the returned products.
