In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, or there is an issue in size you should email us at hello@theindianethnicco.com the details along with a picture within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Only after our team has acknowledged the receipt of your exchange request, you are requested to send back the product on the below mentioned address. Please note the reverse shipping arrangements are to be done by you. While we are working on our reverse logistics, we are currently not in a position to offer the service.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Dupattas, sarees & stoles will not be exchanged unless received in damaged condition.

Exchange (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, the exchange product will be arranged to be delivered to you as soon as possible.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
