Cancellations, Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Cancellations of Cash on Delivery orders has to be done strictly within 48hrs of an order being placed. Please reach out to us at email@example.com or at +91 9930728251 with your order number.
Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.
We endeavor to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
As a policy, we do not offer refunds on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, if the product has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order.
In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us at firstname.lastname@example.org the details along with a picture within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Only after our team has acknowledged the receipt of your mail, you are requested to send back the product on the below mentioned address (also mentioned in the product exchange card given with your order).

Please note the reverse shipping arrangements are to be done by you and will be reimbursed on presentation of receipt(only incase of refunds).
Refunds are processed within 4-7 business days of receiving the returned item and will be credited to your mode of payment. In case of COD orders, refunds will be provided into the customers' bank account.
For international orders, the customer is himself responsible to send across the purchase item back to us in order to be eligible for a refund.
- Fabrics, unstitched suit sets, sarees, jewellery, accesories, dupattas, plus size garments( 3XL & 4XL) & any such clothing item shopped in sale are not eligible for exchange or return.
- Clothes which are customised, as per the instructions of the customers will not be eligible for exchange or return
- Exchanges are available for clothing items other than plus sizes (3XL & 4XL) either for :
- size exchange
- product exchange (incase of product exchange, the customer is eligible to shop for any alternative products from our page equal to the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost).
- store credit equalling the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost with a validity of 1 year from the date of receipt of store credit.
- Customers have to bear the shipping cost of sending the product back to us for the echange. The new exchanged product will then be sent to you at no extra shipping cost.
- For international orders, the customer is himself responsible to bear the to and fro shipping cost for the exchange.
- For international orders- Incase you would like us to ship the exchanged product locally in India to avoid the additional international shipping fee, we can do the same free of cost.
To initiate an exchange please fill in the product exchange card received with your order and send it on the address mention on it( also stated below).

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with teh original tags intact.
Exchange (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, the exchange product will be arranged to be delivered to you as soon as possible.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
